The Teaching Assistant (TA) training program support coordinator at CTLT partners with faculties to assist with the development of training and resources that are responsive to the unique teaching situations across disciplines. CTLT assists departments at many stages of their TA training program development, from design to program implementation and program evaluation. In addition to consultation and facilitation, CTLT provides support in capacity building for departments to deliver their own TA training.
